We offer custom design from £1100/$1500 and you can request a custom proposal of costs by completing this form.

We ask for 4-6 weeks to complete design and printing. Custom design typically take longer, but we do try to work to your timelines and shipping dates are agreed before you book with us.

Rush orders are sometimes possible for a fee, please contact us to discuss and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate your needs.

Non-personalised samples can be purchased on our Etsy Store so that you can experience the different print finishes and quality.

Your items will arrive ready for you to assemble yourself, or we can handle full assembly for a fixed fee. Envelopes with liners always arrive assembled for ease.

Custom orders always arrive fully assembled.

Letterpress printing is the traditional, specialised process in which ink is pressed into our thick cotton card using 3-D printing plates. It create a tactile impression on the card that you can see and feel. Each piece is printed individually, fed by hand on our antique printing press using oil-based ink colours that we mix by hand.

Flat Print, or Digital Print, is the modern and more affordable printing method where ink is applied to the surface of the card – much like a normal home-printer. It offers full colour print reproduction and is ideal for photographs and watercolour illustration, but does not create the impression or tactile finish letterpress offers.

Letterpress takes longer to produce and requires more specialised equipment, so Flat Print tends to be more affordable .

We ship for free to UK and USA. We use tracked courier and can offer Next Day delivery to UK, and 1-3 business days for US.

USA order can be shipped Duty Paid for ease, otherwise all custom and duties are the responsibility of the client/buyer.

Yes. Our Semi-Custom range (as seen on our Etsy Store) includes the option to change the fonts, colours, monograms, crests, and venue illustration.

Custom designed suites have no limitations on design, we can explore absolutely everything.

Yes. We offer black/colour ink, and white ink for dark colour envelopes.

Our process for purchasing Semi-Custom invitations on our Etsy store is listed in the item descriptions of each product.

Our custom design process:

  1. Complete our Request A Proposal form to submit your requirements so that we can provide you with a pricing breakdown for everything that you need.
  2. Once we’ve agreed on the proposal, we’ll send you a link to pay your retainer (usually 50%) and this secures your booking with us.
  3. After booking in, we’ll send over a booking form where you can enter your wording, design notes, and upload your guest address spreadsheet.
  4. We proceed to designing a presentation of your proofs and design mockups.
  5. Submit your feedback and design edits. We don’t limit the number of edits you can request – we want you to be 100% happy.
  6. Your design is fully approved once we receive payment of the remaining balance, after which we proceed to manufacturing your printing plates and begin the printing phase of your order. Note that once you’ve approved the design, any further edits or reprints may incur a charge.
  7. When ready, we’ll carefully package and dispatch your order for delivery, all tracked for your peace of mind.
